摘要
通过检测铝铜合金初生固相与液相的晶粒取向,对Al-Cu合金初生固相与液相的关系进行了初步探讨。结果表明:电磁搅拌下由于液相在枝晶间凝固,因而使得枝晶在二维条件下呈现出独立的晶核;在半固态成形中初生固相周围的液相依附于固相并以它为基底进行非均质形核。
The relationship between primary solid phase and liquid phase of Al-Cu alloy were investigated according to the detection of grain orientation of primary solid phase and liquid phase. The results show that the dendrite has a tendency towards separation under the condition of two-dimension because of the solidfication of liquid phase in interdendritic. The liquid phase around primary solid phase perform heterogeneous nucleation attaching to the solid phase by using the basement of the solid phase in semi-solid forming.
