摘要
分析了液态模锻工艺特点。通过高压气瓶阀座液锻成形的工艺过程分析和模具结构设计,验证了液锻生产既可保证锻件质量,又具有高的生产率,能满足大批量生产要求。
The characteristics of liquid die forging process was analyzed. Through analyzing the liquid die forging process for high-pressure gas cylinder valve seat and designing die structure, it is verified that the production with liquid die forging can guarantee forging＇s, quality, and has a high productivity, and meet the requirements in mass production.
