摘要
利用纳米涂层技术在焊丝表面形成涂层,涂层为Na、K和Ti等元素的氧化物膜。借助汉诺威弧焊分析仪和高速摄影机对比研究未涂层焊丝和涂层焊丝的熔滴过渡情况。研究发现,当焊接电流/电压为260A/30V时,两种焊丝的熔滴过渡方式均以喷射过渡为主,同时伴随着短路过渡。经过统计未涂层焊丝过渡频率为250滴/s,其中短路过渡频率为13滴/s;涂层焊丝的熔滴过渡频率为280滴/s,其中短路过渡频率为0.5滴/s。另外发现两种焊丝在喷射过渡过程中电弧发生波动,但涂层焊丝电弧更加稳定。同时发现涂层焊丝电弧弧柱的径向宽度更宽。
The coat predominantly consisted of Na, K and Ti oxidation film prepared on the solid wire by nano-coat technology. The droplet transfer of uncoated solid wire and coated solid wire were investigated by analysator Hannover and high speed camera. It is found that the method of droplet transfer of two kinds of solid wire is most of spray transfer with a little of short-circuit droplet transfer when current is 260 A and voltage is 30 V. According to statistics, the frequency of droplet transfer of uncoated solid wire is about 250 drops per second, in them, the frequency of short-circuit droplet transfer is 13 drops per second. The frequency of droplet transfer of coated solid wire is about 280 drops per second, in them, the frequency of short-circuit droplet transfer is 0.5 drops per second. The arc of the two kinds of solid wire is both fluctuating during droplet transfer, but the arc of the coated solid wire is more stable. In addition, the width of arc column of uncoated solid wire is much wider.
