摘要
使用所建立的有限元模型,分别对激光焊接功率在1~5kW,焊接速度在0.3~1.5m/min情况下进行了模拟,分别得到了激光功率与熔深、熔宽的关系和焊接速度与熔深、熔宽的关系。可作为铝合金激光焊接工艺指导。
Under laser power of 1~5 kW, and weld speed of 0.3~1.5 m/min, the laser welding was simulated by finite element model. The relations between laser power, weld speed and weld depth, weld width were analyzed. The finite element method can forecast and guide the direction of laser welding process.
