双相钢S31803埋弧焊焊接接头组织和性能测试分析 被引量:9

摘要 对双相不锈钢S31803埋弧焊焊接接头组织和性能进行了测试分析。结果表明:该钢对热裂纹、冷裂的敏感性小,最突出的问题是保证其焊接接头的相比例,减少金属间相的产生;埋弧焊时,采用合适的焊接线能量,并控制层温,焊缝组织状态为奥氏体+44%~46%铁素体+少量第三相,热影响区组织为奥氏体+46%~47%铁素体+少量第三相,保证了焊接接头的力学性能和耐蚀性能。 The microstructure and property of joint of S31803 duplex stainless steel welded by SAW were tested and analyzed. The results show that the duplex stainless steel has low sensitive to hot crack and cold crack. The most prominent problem is to ensure the reasonable ratio of phase of the welded joint and reduce the formation of intermetallic phase. When welded by SAW, adopting reasonable heat input and controlling layer temperature, the microstructure of weld is austenite, 44%~46% ferrite and a small amount of third phase, and the microstructure of HAZ is austenite, 46%~47% ferrite and a small amount of third phase.
