工字型焊件中批量小缺陷的空间位置可视化

摘要 开发了基于Matlab的焊件缺陷可视化软件,详细阐述了焊件三维建模、缺陷数据自动输入、缺陷自动显示、透明化处理和旋转角度调整等功能的创建过程。另外还设计了GUI界面,大大提高了缺陷的可视化效率。该可视化程序的开发把激光焊件的缺陷检测、分割、空间定位与空间位置可视化连接成一个有机的整体,可为实际的焊接接头检测和结构完整性评价提供有价值的参考信息。 Visualization software of weldment defects was developed based on Matlab, and the establishment procedure of multiple functions such as 3-D modeling of weldments, automated input of defects data, automated display of defects, transparentizing processing and adjustment of rotary angle and so on was related in detail. In addition, GUI interface was designed, and it can improve the efficiency of defects visualization greatly. This can associate the defects detection, segmentation, spatial locating with the spatial position visualization to be a whole body, and can provide valuable reference information for welded joint detection and structure integrity evaluation.
