材料焊接性分析系统的研究

Research on Analysis System for Material Weldability

在总结了大量材料焊接性分析知识的基础上,综合运用数据库技术和焊接专业知识,利用ASP网络编程技术和VBScript脚本语言,设计了材料的焊接性分析系统。该系统可完成材料化学成分数学模型计算;按照材料牌号对试验的工艺、材料、结果进行查询;对于已知成分的材料,可以通过数学模型计算对其焊接性做出预测。

Based on the summarization of large amounts of knowledge on analyzing material weldability, and the application of database technology and welding expertise, the analysis system for material weldability was designed by ASP network programming techniques and VBScript scripting language. The system can complete the mathematical model calculation on material composition and inquire test process, material and results according to material designation. For the materials whose compositions are known, its weldability can be forecasted by mathematical model calculation.
