摘要
以61932号深沟球轴承外圈冷辗扩为例,运用Deform-3DV6.1软件rillrolling模块进行数值模拟,分析了辗扩比和芯辊进给速度对环件破坏的影响,得出环件破坏与辗扩比以及芯辊进给速度之间的变化规律,为实际生产提供技术参考。
Taking the cold rolling of 61932 deep groove ball bearing outer-rings as an example, using the rill rolling part of Deform-3D V6.1 software, the numerical simulation was carried out, and the influence of the feed rate of the idle roller and the rolling ratio on the damage of the outer-rings was analysed, then the change law between the damage and the feed rate and the rolling ratio was obtained, which can provide a reference for production.
