摘要
我国高速铁路建设已进入快速发展的新时期,在此背景下,本文基于高铁枢纽车站的综合开发理念,分析了车站的功能定位,并从枢纽的"触酶—集聚"效应理论和"点—轴"空间结构理论方面分析了高铁枢纽车站集聚效应的体现。通过国内外典型枢纽车站综合开发的案例,对不同类型车站的开发模式、功能定位及其影响进行分析与总结。最后提出高铁枢纽车站建设开发成功的条件,以此对我国新一轮高铁综合交通枢纽的规划建设提供参考。
The high-speed rail has flown into the fast lane of development in China. Against this background, based on integrated development notion of rail station, this paper analyzes the function orientation and accumulative effect of high-speed rail stations from the aspects of "catalyst-accumulative" effect theory and "point-axis" theory. The different development mode, function orientation and the effects of high-speed railway stations are discussed by the typical examples of high-speed rail stations in the world. At last, the conditions of success of high-speed hubs area development are provided and would be references of the coming new development for the comprehensive transport hubs of Chinese high-speed railway.hubs.
