摘要鞍区肿瘤和瘤样病变并不少见,疾病的类型也较多,但病理诊断中经常会遇到困难。本文比较详细地描述了鞍区各种肿瘤和瘤样病变的临床病理特点以及诊断中临床和病理的联系。
