宫颈上皮内瘤变和浸润性鳞状细胞癌中CK8、CK17的表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的检测宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)及浸润性鳞状细胞癌中CK8、CK17的表达,并探讨其病理意义。方法应用免疫组化MaxVision法检测宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)44例(Ⅰ级20例,Ⅱ、Ⅲ级24例)、浸润性鳞状细胞癌25例和正常宫颈组织20例中的CK8、CK17的表达情况。结果正常对照组鳞状上皮CK8、CK17均为(-);浸润性鳞状细胞癌的阳性率分别为88%和92%,其表达均以中等强度及强阳性为主;CIN高级别组的阳性率分别为58.3%和58.3%,以中等强度为主;CIN低级别组的阳性率分别为10%和30%,其均以弱及中等强度为主。结论 CK8、CK17的阳性表达率及程度与宫颈鳞状细胞病变的严重程度密切相关。CK8、CK17在宫颈癌变过程中起到重要作用。 Objective To detect the expression of CK8 and CK17 in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and invasive squamous cell carcinoma tissues, and to explore their pathological significance in CIN. Methods By using immunohistochemical method, we examined the expression of CK8 and CKI7 in 44 cases of CIN (20 cases of CIN1 and 24 CIN) , 25 cases of invasive squamous cell carcinoma and 20 cases of normal cervical tissue. Results The expression of CK8 and CK 17 was all negative in normal cervical epithelium. Positive expression rates of CK8 and CK17 in invasive cervical squamous cell cancer were 88% and 92% , respectively, predominately with intermediate and strong positivity; 58.3% and 58.3% in CIN2/3, predominately with intermediate positivity, and 10% and 30% in CIN1 , predominately with weak and intermediate positivity. Conclusions The positive expression of CK8 and CK17 is closely related to the severity of cervical lesions. CK8 and CK17 play an important role in the carcinogenesis of cervical lesions.
