摘要
目的探讨HIF-1α和E2F6蛋白与宫颈鳞状细胞癌侵袭、转移的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法,检测40例正常宫颈黏膜上皮、40例宫颈上皮内肿瘤(CIN)及40例宫颈鳞癌患者组织中HIF-1α和E2F6蛋白的表达,分析其与各临床病理参数之间的关系及二者的相关性。结果在正常宫颈黏膜上皮、CIN及宫颈鳞癌组织中,HIF-1α的阳性表达强度呈递增趋势,且差异显著(P<0.05),E2F6的阳性表达强度呈递减趋势,且差异显著(P<0.05);宫颈鳞癌组织中E2F6和HIF-1α的表达呈负相关关系(Tb=-0.51,P<0.05)。结论 HIF-1α的高表达及E2F6的低表达可能与宫颈鳞癌的发生、发展、浸润及转移有关,二者的负相关关系为进一步研究宫颈鳞癌的发生、发展机制提供依据。
Objective To investigate the relation of the expression of HIF-1α and E2F6 protein with the invasion and metastasis of cervical carcinoma. Methods The expression of HIF-1α and E2F6 protein were detected by immunohistoehemieal method (S-P) in cervical cancer tissues, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN)and the normal controls. Results It was gradually increasing in the expression of HIF-1α protein ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , and showed gradually decreasing in the expression of E2F6 protein ( P 〈 0. 05 ) in normal, CIN and cervical carcinoma. The expression of HIF-1α and E2F6 protein had a negative relationship ( Tb = -0. 51, P = 0. 02 ). Conclusion The overexpression of HIF-1α and the down-regulation of E2F6 may be related to invasion and metastasis of cervical carcinoma. The negative relationship of them may provide experimental foundation to better understand the mechanisms of the invasion and metastasis of cervical carcinoma.
