川芎嗪对血管紧张素Ⅱ诱导心肌细胞肥大的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究川芎嗪对血管紧张素Ⅱ诱导心肌细胞肥大的影响。方法利用血管紧张素Ⅱ刺激心肌细胞造成细胞肥大,给予不同浓度的川芎嗪进行干预。检测心肌细胞大小、3H-亮氨酸掺入率和β-肌球蛋白重链mR-NA的表达。结果经血管紧张素Ⅱ刺激后在相差显微镜下可见心肌细胞面积变大,3H-亮氨酸掺入率和β-肌球蛋白重链mRNA水平增高。给予不同浓度的川芎嗪后,上述指标随着川芎嗪浓度增加而逐渐下降。结论血管紧张素Ⅱ能够诱导心肌细胞肥大;川芎嗪能够部分抑制血管紧张素Ⅱ所诱导的心肌细胞肥大。 Aim To study the effect of ligustrazine on hypertrophy of cardiomyocytes induced by angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ). Methods The cultured cardiomyocytes were treated with AngⅡ to induce hypertrophy and given with ligustrazine of different densities.The cell size,3H-Leucine incorporation and the mRNA levels of β-myosin heavy chain(β-MHC) were examined. Results Stimulated by AngⅡ,the cardiomyocytes were enlarged under the contrast phase microscope.After stimulated by AngⅡ,3H-Leucine incorporation and the mRNA levels of β-MHC increased in the hypertrophic cardiocytes.Given by ligustrazine,these data decreased accordingly as the ligustrazine densities increased. Conclusion AngⅡ may induce the cardiomyocytes hypertrophy.Ligustrazine P could partly inhibit the cardiomyocytes hypertrophy induced by AngⅡ.
