金属双支架治疗贲门癌术后胃流出道及胆道梗阻一例

摘要 患者男，65岁，主因贲门癌术后纳差呕吐2个月余伴皮肤巩膜黄染由外院转入我科。患者半年前曾行贲门癌根治术，术后接受化疗1次，2个月前再次出现纳差、呕吐，外院治疗不佳，症状加重，逐渐出现皮肤巩膜黄染，呕吐宿食及咖啡色液体。入院查体：生命体征尚平稳，消瘦，皮肤巩膜黄染，上腹部饱满，可闻及振水音，上腹部偏右扪及一包块，大小约3cm×4cm，压痛，不能推动，移动性浊音阴性。
