以多发性浅溃疡为主要表现的胃梅毒 被引量：2

摘要 患者男，42岁，上腹部隐痛，腹胀伴反酸烧心5个月余，疼痛无规律，无放射痛。外院胃镜示胃溃疡，给予质子泵抑制剂（PPI）规律治疗1个月后症状无明显缓解。PET—CT检查提示，胃窦部胃壁增厚，荧光染色增强，怀疑胃癌可能。为进一步诊断来我院行胃镜检查。胃镜术中所见：胃壁增厚，胃腔略缩小，蠕动减弱。
