摘要 易损性斑块是导致缺血性心脑血管疾病的主要危险因素。动脉粥样硬化斑块内新生血管的存在及数量与斑块的易损性明显相关。超声造影(CEUS)可以显示斑块内的新生血管,且与免疫组织化学染色的斑块内新生血管明显相关,可能成为一种重要的早期预测斑块易损性的影像学方法 ,有助于早期干预,降低缺血性脑卒中以及心血管疾病的发生。 Vulnerable plaque is the most important risk factor for ischemia cardio-cerebrovascular diseases. The presence and degree of neovascularization is associated with vulnerable plaque. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) dispicts neoangiogenesis microvessels in plaques,which is correlated with immunohistochemistry,may become an indispensable method of identifying atherosclerosis plaque vulnerability in its earliest stages,thereby facilitating early intervention and ultimately reducing the incidence of heart attack and stroke.
