高效液相色谱法测定生化汤口服液中阿魏酸含量

Determination of ferulic acid in shenghua tang oral liquid by HPLC

建立测定生化汤口服液制剂中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法以甲醇∶水（水中含１．０％冰乙酸）＝３７∶６３为流动相，ＳｈｉｍＰａｃｋｃｌｃＯＤＳ１５０ｍｍ×６．０ｍｍＩＤ为分析柱，紫外检测波长为３２２ｎｍ。结果：线性范围为０．００５～０．１０ｍｇ·ｍｌ－１，ｒ＝０．９９２５，测得平均回收率为９８．１％，ＲＳＤ＝１．７％，日内ＲＳＤ１．４％，日间ＲＳＤ＜１．５％。结论：本法简便、快速、灵敏可作为该制剂质量控制的有效方法。

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for determination of ferulic acid in shenghua tang oral liquid.METHODS:With methanol water(containing 1.0% acetic acid)(37∶63)as mobile phase and UV detetion at 322 nm. the analytical column was Shim pack clc ODS 150 mm× 6.0 mm ID.RESULTS:The method was linear within the range of 0.005 ～ 0.10 mg·ml -1 , r = 0.992 5 ( n = 5 ). The mean recovery from serum was 98.1% .CONCLUSIONS:The study provides a praticable method of quality control for the preparation.
