摘要
目的检测羊水过少孕妇静脉血中血栓素B2(thromboxane,TXB2)、6-酮前列腺素(6-Keto-Prostaglandin-F1α,6-keto-PGF1α)及胎盘组织中血栓素受体(thromboxane receptor,TP)的表达,探讨其与羊水过少发病的关系。方法 ELISA法检测孕妇静脉血中血栓素B2、6酮前列环素FIα水平,免疫组织化学法检测TP的表达及分布。结果羊水过少孕妇血浆中TXB2、PGF1α水平无明显变化,但胎盘组织TP蛋白表达增加,主要表达于滋养细胞层、绒毛间质。结论胎盘滋养细胞层、绒毛间质TP表达增加,可能参与羊水过少的发生。
Objective To investigate the concentration of thromboxane and prostagladin in plasma and the expression of thromboxane receptor(TP)in placenta of oligohydramnios,thus to explore the relationship between them.Methods Concentration of thromboxane A and prostagladin were examined by ELISA method.Expression of TP was determined by immunohistochemistry.Results TXB2 and 6-keto PGF1 did not show any change in plasma,but increased TP expression was seen in syncytiotrophoblast layer and stromal cells in placental tissue sections of oligohydramnios.Conclusions The increased expression of TP in syncytiotrophoblast layer and in stromal cells in placenta may plays a role in the conformation of oligohydramnios.
