摘要
目的:观察缺血再灌流损伤脊髓感觉传导功能的变化规律。方法:24只家兔随机化方法分为对照组、缺血30min组、缺血60min组和缺血90min组,以选择性腰动脉阻断法模拟脊髓缺血再灌流损伤,记录各组在伤前、缺血及再灌流时皮层体感诱发电位(CSEP)的变化。结果:缺血(13.2±4.0)min时CSEP消失,再灌流时,各组家兔CSEP的N1和P1波峰潜时总体变化趋势为缺血90min组>缺血60min组>缺血30min组>对照组。结论:脊髓缺血时间越长,再灌流损伤越重,脊髓的感觉传导功能损害越明显。
Objective: To observe the changes in sensory conduction function of the spinal cord following ischemia/reperfusion injury. Methods: Twenty four rabbits were divided into four groups at random. The animals in group A were normal controls and inflicted on those in groups B, C and D was ischemia/reperfusion injury of the spinal cord by selective occlusion of lumbar artery respectively for 30, 60 and 90 min. Cortical somatosensory potentials (CSEPs) were continuously recorded in all the three groups. Results: CSEPs disappeared in 13.2±4.0 min after ischemia. During the reperfusion, the peaks of both N1 and P1 wave of CSEPs were decreased in order from group D, group C, group B to group A. Conclusion: The damage in sensory function of the spinal cord was worsened with the reperfusion injury due to time prolongation of ischemia.
