视网膜中央动脉阻塞：超选择性眼动脉溶栓与保守治疗的效果比较

Comparison of superselective ophthalmic artery fibrinolysis and conservative methods in treatment of central retinal artery occlusion

目的比较超选择性眼动脉溶栓治疗与常规保守治疗视网膜中央动脉阻塞的效果。方法回顾性分析27例视网膜中央动脉阻塞患者,其中A组13例采用超选择性插管眼动脉溶栓治疗,B组14例采用内科保守治疗,观察治疗后1周视力好转情况。结果治疗1周后A组视力改善2.46±1.47,B组6例改善,改善最高值3.60,其余8例无改善,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超选择性眼动脉插管溶栓对改善视网膜中央动脉阻塞患者视力的效果优于常规保守治疗。

Objective To compare the effectiveness of superselective ophthalmic artery fibrinolysis and conservative methods in the treatment of central retinal artery occlusion（CRAO）.Methods A total of 27 patients with CRAO were retrospectively studied.In group A,13 patients were treated with superselective ophthalmic artery fibrinolysis.In group B,14 patients were conservatively treated.Amelioration of visual acuity was compared between the two groups 1 week after treatment.Results Visual acuity was improved（2.46±1.47）in group A.In group B,visual acuity of 6 patients was improved with a maximum value of 3.60,and the other 8 patients were not imporved.There was statistical difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion For patients with CRAO,superselective ophthalmic artery fibrinolysis is superior to conservative treatment.
