三氧复合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝骨性关节炎

Knee joint cavity injection of ozone and sodium hyaluronate to treat knee osteoarthritis

目的观察三氧与玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗骨性关节炎的疗效。方法选择膝骨关节炎患者57例，关节腔内注射三氧和玻璃酸钠，同时在压痛明显的软组织内注射三氧，观察治疗前后患者膝关节疼痛VAS评分，并对疗效进行分析。结果治疗后膝关节疼痛VAS评分下降、肿胀症状好转，关节功能明显恢复。结论三氧复合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎具有经济实用、疗效显著的特点。

Objective To observe the effects of zone and sodium hyaluronate injected into articular cavity on knee osteoarthritis. Methods Fifty-seven patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected to be treated with ozone and sodium hyaluronate injected into articular cavity. At the same time, ozone was injected into soft tissue where the tenderness was significant. VAS and the efficacy were observed. Results VAS was decreased, swelling symptoms was improved and the joint func- tion was recovered significantly after the treatment. Conclusion Ozone combined with sodium hyalur onate injected into the knee cavity is an effective method for knee osteoarthritis.
