摘要
复杂性局部疼痛综合征是继发于肢体损伤的一种慢性神经病理性疼痛综合征。以疼痛、感觉异常、运动及自主神经功能紊乱为特征，发病机理复杂。本文综述分析了其发病机制、诊断标准以及针对发病机理的治疗方法。
Complex regional pain syndrome（CRPS） is a neuropathie pain disorder, developed after limb trauma and is characterized by pain,sensory, motor and autonomic disturbances. CRPS has a complex mechanism. This paper summarizes and analyzes the mechanisms, diagnostic criteria and the mechanism-oriented treatment.
