摘要
为了获得宽光谱、高消光比、大视场角、具有较大剪切差的平行分束偏光镜,根据受抑全反射和全反射原理,设计了550-700 nm光谱范围内的薄膜平行分束偏光镜.利用TFCalc薄膜软件进行了数值模拟和优化,从理论上分析了这种薄膜平行分束偏光镜的视场角和消光比.分析结果表明:在设计光谱范围内,封装光学玻璃棱镜中的入射角范围为62°-74°,空气中的视场角为±10°,p偏振分量的消光比优于1.5×10-3,s偏振分量的消光比优于1.0×10-3.
In order to acquire broadband,wide angular field and high extinction ratios parallel polarizing beam splitter(PPBS),a novel PPBS which is based on frustrated total internal reflection(FTIR),total internal reflection(TIR),and light interference in thin film is described.This PPBS has a wide wavelength range from 550-700 nm.The TFCalc thin film design software is used for the calculation and simulation.The theoretical analysis of the angular field and extinction ratio of this PPBS are given.As a result,the angular field within the prism is 62°-74°,which corresponds to ±10° in the air.The extinction ratios for p-polarization and s-polarization are 1.5×10^-3 and 1.0×10^-3,respectively.
