摘要 利用快速叶绿素荧光动力学技术研究了单一重金属Cd2+、Pb2+污染下大灰藓Hypnum plumaeformeWill.叶绿素荧光动力学的变化.研究表明,重金属Cd2+和Pb2+胁迫均导致大灰藓Hypnum plumaeforme Will.叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm、ETo/TRo、ETo/ABS、RC/CSo、TRo/ABS的下降,其下降程度与溶液中重金属的浓度和处理时间有关,其中ETo/ABS和RC/CSo对重金属Pb和Cd胁迫更灵敏.大灰藓可以耐受20uM以内的单一重金属Pb和Cd,高浓度的Pb和Cd均能造成大灰藓的形态和结构的损害,重金属Cd对大灰藓光合作用的影响要大于Pb. The chlorophyll fluorescence of intact leaves were studied by the chlorophyll fluorescence induction dynamics in moss Hypnum plumeaforme Will under the stresses of single Pb and Cd.The result indicated that single Pb or Cd resulted in a decline of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Fv/Fm、ETo/TRo、RC/CSo、TRo/Abs and ETo/Abs.It was also illustrated that the decline of their chlorophyll fluorescence parameters was related with the concentration of heavy metal and the processing time.ETo /Abs and RC/CSo were more sensitive than other parameters.Hypnum plumeaforme Will.had a certain tolerance within 20 uM heavy metal Cd2+or Pb2+.The single heavy metal Cd had a more impact on photosynthesis of Hypnum plumeaforme than the single heavy metal Pb.
