摘要
对远程教育学生支持服务学生满意度的相关文献的综述,主要包括三个部分:第一部分是介绍学生支持服务的相关概念、地位及学生支持服务评价研究现状;第二部分阐述了服务质量和顾客满意度的相关理论和研究成果;第三部分介绍了普通高校远程教育学生满意度的理论成果。通过理论梳理,概括出了几点结论。
It is a literature review for student satisfaction of distance education student support services, mainly including three parts. The first is to introduce the concept of student support services, status and student support services Evaluation. The second part describes the relevant theories and research findings of service quality and customer satisfaction. The third part introduces the theory of distance education student satisfaction. It summarizes some conclusions through these theories.
