兔角膜碱烧伤后泪液中胶原酶含量变化

Variation of collagenase content in lacrima after cornea alkali burn in rabbit model

目的 观察兔角膜碱烧伤后形态学变化与泪液中胶原酶含量变化间的关系。方法 用兔角膜碱烧伤模型观察角膜形态变化，并测定泪液中所含胶原酶量。结果 碱烧伤后ｄ１ 至ｄ４ 泪液中的胶原酶含量逐渐上升，尔后逐渐下降，至后期又有所上升。结论 角膜碱烧伤后泪液中胶原酶的含量变化与角膜碱烧伤后形成的上皮缺损面积呈正相关。

Objective To observe the relationship between morphological mutation of rabbit cornea after cornea alkali burn and the variation of collagenase content in lacrima.Methods The morphological mutation of alkali burned cornea was obserred in the rabbit model.The collagenase content in lacrima was determined.Results The collagenase content in lacrima went up gradually from the lst day to the 4th day,then run down piece by piece,finally uptrended a little in anaphase.Conclusion There is a direct proportion between the variation of collagenase content in lacrima after cornea alkali burn and the area of corneal epithelial scarcity.
