青光眼眼压调节器植入睫状体冷凝治疗新生血管性青光眼 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨青光眼眼压调节器(OGPR)植入睫状体冷凝治疗新生血管性青光眼的方法和效果。方法 采取下方180°结膜面上睫状体冷凝8 点,时间20s,温度- 65℃~-75℃;OGPR引流头在巩膜瓣下斜形置入前房1.5m m ,引流部分固定于外直肌与上直肌间的赤道部巩膜面;另做切口作虹膜根部切除。结果 术后随访8~18m o 见8例未使用任何药物,2例局部使用噻吗心安后眼压均控制在2.80~1.30kPa之间。结论 OGPR植入联合睫状体冷凝是治疗新生血管性青光眼的良好方法。 Objective To discuss the method and effect of optimed glaucoma pressure regulator (OGPR) implantation and ciliary body cryocautery for neovascular glaucoma.Methods The ciliary body was condensed on the 180° inferior conjunctival flat at 8∶00 for 20 seconds with the temperature from -65℃ to -75℃.The top of OGPR migration was inserted into the anterior chamber perpendicularly with 1.5mm length.The leading portion must be fixed on the equatorial sclaral flat between the lateral and the superior rectus,and peripheral iridectony was done through another incision.Results In the follow up examination of 8~18 months,the IOP of 8 cases without medicine and 2 cases with timilol locally were controlled from 2.80kPa to 1.30kPa.Conclusion OGPR implantation combining with ciliary body cryocautery is good for nevascular glaucoma.
