摘要
Objective To investigate the technique of the combination of trabeculectomy and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation for phacolylic glaucoma treatment and evaluate its therapeutic effects. Methods Thirty six diseased eyes of 36 patients were involved in the combined performance. The visual acuity and postible complications were followed up.Results At the 3rd month after the operation, the average corrective visual acuity was 0.1~0.4 in 9 eyes,0.5~0.8 in 18 eyes,1.0 in 9 eyes, 0.5 of better in 75% of all the eyes, and the intraocular pressure were under control(mean,2.51kPa).Compared with the preoperative condition, the differences were significant (P<0.01).Conclusion The technique in question for phacolylic glaucoma is worthy to be spread due to its safety and efficacy.
