摘要
目的 探讨提高小梁切除术远期疗效，阻止引流口瘢痕闭塞的方法。方法 对５４ 例５４ 眼青光眼采用改良小梁切除术。手术方法将原来术中丢弃的小梁巩膜作巩膜嵌顿术，将原来丢弃的周边虹膜作虹膜嵌顿术。结果 ５４眼术前平均眼压为２．９３ｋＰａ，随访１７．３ｍ ｏ，平均眼压２．２６ｋＰａ，滤过泡明显且范围广３１ 眼，中等滤过泡２０ 眼，滤过口平坦３眼按摩后滤过泡重现。结论 改良小梁切除术对提高小梁切除术远期效果有益，并有一定优点。
Objective To improve the long time effect of trabeculectomy of glaucomas and to prevent scar blocking. Methods Fifty four eyes of 54 glaucoma patients were performed improved trabeculectomy. The sclerocleisis and the iridencleisis which would be discaroled in routine operations were used in the trabecular sclera and the peripheraliris respectively. Results At the 17.3 month after the operation, the average intraocular pressure of the 54 eyes was decreased from 2.93 kPa to 2.26kPa. The conjunctival follicles of 31 eyes are large and peak, another 20 eyes were middle follicles and the other 3 eyes had not follicle which reapeared after massotherapy. Conclusion The improved trabeculectomy is more beneficial than the routine methods.
