摘要
根据陶瓷窑炉的功能和技术指标要求,给出了测温系统的设计方案。设计中采用了基于算术平均值与分批估计的软件数据融合的热电偶线性化处理算法,很好地解决了系统中热电偶测温的不确定性,提高了测量精度,保证了测量数据的可靠性。同时该无纸温度记录仪,具有高测量精度、高可靠性、高稳定性、低成本的特点,通用性强。
A design scheme was put forward about system of temperature measurement based on the function and technical index of ceramic kiln.In this paper,concerning thermocouple linearization,a aggregation algorithm based on arithmetic mean and batch estimate was proposed which was not only to resolve the various problems about system of temperature measurement,but also to advance the measuring precision and assure the measuring data reliability .At the same time,the paperless temperature recorder has the advantages of high measuring precision,high reliability,high stability,low cost and high universality.
