An Overview of Vocational Education in Italy

文章指出，随着欧洲一体化进程的推动，意大利的职业教育也在不断进行改革，并有了很大的发展，形成了自己的特色：开放的、一体化的教育与培训制度；重视普通文化教育的课程设置；重视与“利益相关者”的合作等，但也存在一定的问题：中央与地方权限方面的矛盾，两党轮流执政的政治制度对政策的贯彻和执行带来了一些负面的影响；教师的缺乏和老龄化等。

The vocational education in Italy has undergone constant reform with Europeanization, and its reform has demonstrates the following features： an open and organic education and training system, laying emphasis on general cultural education in the curriculum design, and attaching importance to cooperation with ＂stakeholders＂. However, there are some problems： the eonflict concerning authority between the central and regional government, the negative influence brought by policy implementation with the political system of two parties＇ ruling in turn. the shortage and aging of teachers and trainers, and so on.
