动子与定子搅拌器流场数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 使用FLUENT软件提供的滑移网格方法、层流模型和标准壁面函数方法数值模拟了装有动子与定子搅拌器的间歇式搅拌槽内部三维非定常流动,得到了搅拌器的功率、泵送流量、速度和剪切速率分布等特性。结果表明,搅拌器功率随转速增加呈线性增长的数值模拟结果与文献报道一致,模拟具有一定的准确性和可信度;槽内速度与剪切速率对称分布;动子与定子间隙内速度梯度大,形成最大剪切速率区;搅拌器功率随流体粘度增加而增加,泵送流量和最大剪切速率随流体粘度增加而减小。 The three dimensional unsteady flow in a batch tank with a rotor-stator mixer was studied with CFD software FLUENT.Sliding mesh method,laminar flow model,standard wallfunctions were involved in this process.As the consequence,the power,self-generated flow rate,the properties of the velocity and shear-rate's distribution of the mixer were investigated.The numerical prediction shows that the self-generated flow rate was in consistent with reference.The research is proved to be accurate and reliable.It is indicated that the distribution of velocity and shear-rate in the tank was symmetry.The velocity gradient in the gap between the rotor and stator which caused the max shear-rate area was big.The power of the mixer increases as the fluid viscosity increased.The self-generated flow rate and the max shear-rate were decreased on the contrary.
