摘要
根据天津石化催化裂化装置的风险评估(RBI)结果,结合该装置全面检验的总体情况,对风险评估结果和全面检验情况进行了对比。结果表明,RBI评估结果与检验结果基本吻合,但RBI略偏保守。此评估结果能够比较准确反映出该装置的实际风险水平,并由此提出了催化裂化装置关键设备合理选材、工艺防腐及在线监测等方面的建议,可为催化裂化装置静设备的风险识别和降低装置风险提供一定的参考。
According to the risk based inspection（RBI） results of fluid catalytic cracking unit（FCCU） and the overall inspection about the unit,RBI results compared with the overall inspection.The research showed that RBI and inspection results fit well,but RBI results is conservative a bit.So the RBI method can reflect the real risk exactly.The suggestions of selecting material,process embalmment and monitor online were proposed.The aim is to make a reference for recognition and inducing the risk in FCCU.
