摘要 采用VB语言和Microsoft Access数据库开发了一个包含多种超压类型及设计标准的超压泄放设计程序,由此可以依据GB 567—1999《爆破片与爆破片装置》、API 520—2000《Sizing,Selection,and Installation of Pessure-Relieving Devices in Refineries》、ISO4126—2003《Safety Devices for Protection against Excessive Pressure》分别对单相流物理超压,如气体、水蒸气、液体的超压进行泄放设计;依据DIERS(Design Institute for Emergency Relief System)提供的方法对两相流进行泄放设计;依据NFPA68—2007《Standard on Explosion Protection by Deflagration Venting》对可燃气体和粉尘燃爆泄放进行设计,并根据设计条件和计算结果给出了泄放装置型号。 An overpressure discharge design program that contains several discharge types and standards was developed by using of VB language and Microsoft Acess database.With this software,physical overpressure discharge such as gas,water vapor and liquid can be designed according to GB 567-1999《Bursting Discs and Bursting Disc Devices》,API 520—2000 《Sizing,Selection,and Installation of Pressure-Relieving Devices in Refineries》and ISO 4126—2003《Safety Devices for Protection against Excessive Pressure》;Two-phase flow discharge can be designed as DIERS(Design Institute for Emergency Relief System) method.The discharge of deflagration of combustible gas and dust can be designed as NFPA 68—2007《Standard on Explosion Protection by Deflagration Venting》.The software can give the proper style and model of discharge equipment according to design condition and calculation result.
