System Reliability Allocation of the Heat Exchanger Based on Entropy Weight Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

摘要 针对换热器系统可靠度分配模型中的各元件,基于熵权模糊综合评判的思想,以综合评分分配法为例,利用熵权法、层次分析法和专家经验相结合,修正各等级评判集权重,用二级模糊综合评判来实现综合评分的定性分析和定量计算,从而把可靠度分配到各元件上,为其可靠性的计算打下良好的基础。该方法使模型的应用更加符合客观实际,具有一定的工程实用性。 According to each component of heat exchanger system reliability allocation model,based on the thought of entropy fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,with the comprehensive pointrating distribution method for example,using the entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and expert experience combined,fixed various level evaluation centralization weight,using secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to realize qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation of comprehensive pointrating,thus the reliability assigned to each element,for each component reliability calculation to lay the foundation.The method makes the model application more accord with the objective reality and has better engineering practicability.
