讨论分析了几种大型加热炉烟气尾部抗露点腐蚀措施的效率和经济性,结果表明,加热炉烟气尾部采用搪瓷材质可以实现自动控制排烟温度、显著提高加热炉热效率的目的。

Being of dew point corrosions of boiler flue gas on tail,the several methods to improve large heater of thermal efficiency were discussed.The result shows that the enamel material of boiler flue gas on tail would control discharge temperature automatically,and raise the thermal efficiency widely.
