摘要
针对石蜡成型生产过程中氨冷却器出现的氨气冷却不够充分、风机吸水造成设备腐蚀等问题进行了具体分析,并对其结构进行改造设计。改进后结构应用到实际生产中,达到了节约生产成本的目的。
A concrete analysis was made on the problems of equipment corrosion caused by fan＇s absorbing water,especially when Ammonia is insufficiently cooled in the paraffin forming production line cooler.Furthermore,its structure has been improved.By using of the structure,it indicates that it has reached the expected effect and saved cost.
