摘要 对加氢预处理热高分仪表引压管所发生穿透性裂纹进行了详细分析,包括化学成分、金相组织、断口形貌观察以及微区EDS能谱分析。结果表明,穿透性裂纹是由于不锈钢氯离子应力腐蚀所引起。 A TP321H stainless steel pipeline with penetrated cracks was received by request of failure analysis investigation,including chemical composition,metallurgical structure,the fracture surface morphology and EDS energy spectrum analysis.The test indicated that penetrated cracks were caused by chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking.
