摘要
目的研究丹参、赤芍水提取液体外对超氧阴离子自由基(■)清除作用。方法将丹参、赤芍称重后分别加热水提取和两药混合水提取,定容,离心后得单一水提取液和混合水提液。用AP-TEMED系统产生■,分别加入药物提取液,化学比色法测定■清除率(%)。结果浓度为0.1 g/mL丹参、赤芍生药(干)水提取液和两药混合提取液对■清除率分别为(43.84±5.55)%、(8.94±0.90)%和(66.38±1.86)%;对照品为浓度1 g/L的维生素C,清除率为100.0%;加样量为1,0.5,0.25,0.125 mL时,丹参、赤芍、维生素C的相关系数r分别是0.999 5,0.988 2,0.982 4,P均<0.05,呈直线关系。结论丹参、赤芍的水提取液体外均有较高的■清除率,且两药混合后■清除率显著提高。
Objective It is to study the clearing effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge and Red Paeony Root water extract in vitro on superoxide anion radical(■).Methods After weighing,Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge and Red Paeony Root was respectively extracted in heating water and the two drugs mixed water.Single water extraction and mixed-water extraction was gotten after fixed volume and centrifugation.AP-TEMED system was used to produce,then it was filled with drug extract.The clearance rate of was detected with chemical colorimetry after that.Results The clearance rate of of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge and Red Paeony Root(dry) water extractions and the two drugs mixed extract whose concentrations were 0.1 g/mL were(43.84±5.55)%,(8.94±0.90)%,(66.38±1.86)%.The rate of reference substance vitamin C with the concentration of 1mg/mL was 100.0%.When add sample volume were 1,0.5,0.25,0.125 mL,the correlation coefficient r of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge and Red Paeony Root,vitaminC were 0.999 5,0.988 2,0.982 4,P all 〈0.05,which showed a linear relationship.Conclusion The water extraction of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge and Red Paeony Root both have a good clearing rate of in vitro,and when the two drugs are mixed,the rate increases much.
