Lever Control Method of Speed Ratio Change of Continuously Variable Transmission

This paper introduces a new method of controlling the change of continuously variable transmission （CVT） speed ratio by lever. The control system of new type CVT adopts lever institution and it is different from feedback lever of CVT-hydraulic control system, because it is used to replace conventional hydraulic control body. To use lever as a variable-speed actuator, it will simplify the structure and the control system of CVT and it is instructive for the design of new types of CVT.
