摘要
通过对芳砜纶等常用耐高温合纤针刺毡的高温热缩试验,将芳砜纶与其他耐高温合纤类针刺毡进行对比,分析研究了芳砜纶针刺毡的热缩性。结果表明,芳砜纶针刺毡在250℃高温下具有极佳的高温尺寸稳定性,优于其他耐高温合纤类针刺毡。温度是合纤类针刺毡热缩的重要影响因素之一,温度越高热缩现象越显著,且热缩在温度升高的较短时间内发生。
The heat-shrinkable properties of PSA needle felt was analyzed and studied through the shrinkage experiment of PSA and other high-temperature synthetic fiber needle felts, through comparing PSA needle felt with other synthetic fiber needle felts. The resuks show that PSA needle felt has excellent high temperature dimensional stability at 250℃, superior to other high-temperature needle felts made from synthetic fibers. Temperature is an important factor on heat-shrinkage of needled felt. The higher the temperature, heat-shrinkable phenomenon became significant, and it can happen in a relatively short time when temperature rise.
