摘要
化学驱中加入碱会导致地层结垢等问题。为了既能发挥碱高效的协同作用,又减轻含碱复合驱油体系对地层的伤害,同时考虑到小分子有机胺碱性较强、成本较低等因素,本文报道了二壬基酚聚氧丙烯醚磺酸盐(DNPPS)分别与甲基胺、三甲胺和三乙胺有机碱复配形成的表面活性剂/碱复合驱油体系。研究了各DNPPS/有机碱体系与桩西原油的动态界面张力。结果表明,单一的有机胺或DNPPS与桩西原油间的界面张力均较高;而在DNPPS/有机胺复配体系中,甲基胺与低浓度DNPPS复配即有明显的协同效应,且随甲基胺质量分数增加,有机胺复配达到超低界面张力的DNPPS浓度范围也逐渐增大。三甲胺体系与三乙胺体系相似,当有机胺的质量分数大于某一数值后,动态界面张力明显下降后再上升,最终趋于平衡。
The scale often occures because of the addition of inorganic alkali during chemical flooding.To maintain the efficient synergism between alkali and performed surfacetant and alleviate their damage to formation,low-cost organic amines with low molecular weight such as methylamine,trimethylamine and triethylamine were investigated for their synergism with dinonylphenol polyoxypropylene ether sulfonates(DNPPS).The results of dynamic interfacial tension(IFT) between combination system and Zhuangxi heavy oil showed that amines or DNPPS alone gave relatively high IFT with heavy oil.Combination solutions of methylamine and DNPPS even with low concentration presented obvious synergism.The concentration range of DNPPS for ultralow IFT increased with increasing mass fraction of methylamine.Trimethylamine and triethylamine possessed similar IFT behaviors on synergism with DNPPS.As the mass fraction of amines exceeded a certain value,values of dynamic IFT firstly varied in V-shape curves and finally attained equilibrium.
