摘要
为解决"特岗计划"实施中存在的"对应聘者的农村从教素质考察不够、政策承诺与实际兑现存在落差、特岗教师聘期结束后入编尚存悬念等"主要问题,使"特岗计划"成为促进农村教育师资队伍建设的长效机制,我们必须从以下三个方面对"特岗计划工作"加以改进:(一)进一步提高招聘质量,考察应聘者个性心理等综合素养;(二)以导师制对这一入职策略加强特岗教师入职引导;(三)完善相关政策,加强跟踪管理与服务。
In order to solve the major problems appearing in"Special Post Program",such as the deficiency check on the quali-fications of the teachers in rural areas,the distance between the promise and reality in policies and the sustainable development of the teachers,this paper gives suggestions on three aspects: to improve the quality of employment and check the comprehensive qualifica-tion of the applicants;to strengthen pro-post training with the tutor-system;to complete relevant policies and provide consecutive management and service.
