摘要
高校档案编研工作是档案信息开发利用的一种高级形式,其专业性、智能性、知识性的特点给档案编研人员的素养提出了较高要求。通过对高校档案编研人员素质的现状和素质要求的分析与反思,探讨其培养路径。
University archives compilation and research is an advanced form of archives information development and utilization,and its professionalism,intelligence,and knowledgeability demand higher qualification requirements for the staff.This paper analyzes and reflects the current situation and qualification requirements of the staff,and then puts forward the cultivating methods.
