社区护理干预对脑卒中患者生存质量的影响

Effect of community nursing intervention on the quality of life of stroke patients

目的:探讨社区护理干预对脑卒中患者生存质量的影响。方法:将151例脑卒中患者随机分为研究组78例和对照组73例,研究组在药物治疗及出院宣教基础上进行社区护理干预,由护师以上职称的护理人员到患者家中进行饮食指导、心理辅导和肢体功能训练。对照组仅进行药物治疗及出院宣教,患者自行康复训练。结果:研究组运动功能、日常生活能力、生活质量的改善以及生活满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对性的社区护理干预能有效地改善脑卒中患者肢体功能恢复,增加患者的生活满意度,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective： To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on the quality of life of stroke patients.Methods： 151 patients with stroke were randomly divided into study group（n = 78） and control group（n = 73）.The community nursing intervention was applied to the patients in the study group on the basis of medication and health education on the discharge.The senior nurse above middle professional title visited the patients at home and gave them some advice,guidance on diet,psychological counseling and functional training.The patients in the control group only received drug treatment and health education and did exercise on their own.Results： The motor function,activities of daily living,improvement of quality of life and satisfaction with life were significantly better in the study group than those in the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusions： Targeted community nursing intervention can effectively improve motor function,increase satisfaction with life and improve the quality of life of the stroke patients.
