摘要难治性高血压是指在使用包括一种利尿剂在内的、足够剂量而且合理的3种或3种以上抗高血药物,但血压仍不能控制在140/90 mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa）以下的高血压。此类高血压患者往往血压较高、病程较长、心脑血管并发症较多,因此改善这些患者的血压控制情况,正成为当今医学研究的重要课题。
