摘要
震前北川县居住建筑室内冬季阴冷潮湿、夏季闷热,室内热环境亟待改善。在灾后重建过程中,从建筑本体入手,通过改善围护结构热性能达到被动式调节室温的目的。基于当地实际情况,设定了合理的室内热环境改善目标及评价指标,通过模拟优化的方式得到了围护结构合理的热性能改善方案。
The residential buildings in Beichuan before the strong earthquake,are normally built with materials and components of inadequate thermal performance,and that causes poor indoor thermal environment—too cold and humid in winter and sweltering in summer.In reconstruction,the residential buildings both in town and rural areas are going to be built for improved thermal performance,which could regulate room temperature passively to some extent.Based on the local conditions,sets the more suitable room thermal environment parameter and evaluation indicator,and then use DeST-h software to optimize the energy saving scheme.
