中频感应炉数据采集与监控系统设计

摘要 针对中频感应炉,设计开发了一种基于PC和DSP的中频感应炉数据采集与监控系统。主要分为两部分:数据采集卡和上位机软件。可实现数据的采集、存储和虚拟仪表显示,运行状态跟踪,数据异常的识别和处理,并具有RS-232、以太网、eCAN总线3种通信功能。该系统能完全脱离主机独立运行,可采集的参数包括三相电压和电流、无功功率、有功功率、功率因数、频率以及冷却水温度和压力。系统创新引入了电能计量芯片SA9904B作为电量采集模块的核心,并对其应用电路进行改进。微控制器采用TI公司的TMS320F2812。 This paper introduces a data acquisition and monitoring system based on personal computer and digital signal processor for medium frequency induction furnace.System into two parts,and it is composed of data acquisition board and PC software.The functions of this system involve data acquisition,storage and virtual instrument display,work state tracking,data abnormity recognition and management,and have three kinds of communication mode include RS-232,Ethernet and eCAN Bus.This system can work independently without the host computer.The parameters which are able to be detected include three phase voltage and current,active and reactive energy,power factor and frequency,tempera-ture and pressure of cooling water.The innovation is using the chip called SA9904B as the core of the parameter collection module,and improving the application circuit of it.TMS320 F2812 of TI Company is adopted as MCU.
