小剂量皮质类固醇冲击治疗SLE 83例疗效观察

Low dose corticosteroids pulse therapy of 83 patients with systemic lupus erthematosus

为探讨治疗ＳＬＥ的更好的投药方式及减少其副作用，采用小剂量皮质类固醇激素冲击治疗轻、中度ＳＬＥ８３例。效果良好。与常规治疗效量相比，其平均住院日明显缩短，治疗１个月后激素平均剂量明显减少（Ｐ＜０．００１），而且副作用较轻。该疗法可以较广泛地应用于治疗轻、中度ＳＬＥ。

In order to study the better medication of systemic lupus erythmatosus(SLE) and reduce the side effects, eighty three patients with SLE were treated with low dose corticosteroids pulse therapy. The good therapeutic effect was obtained. The results showed that the average hospitalized days and the mean dose of corticosteroids at the end of one month treatment were significantly lower than those of routine treatment(P< 0.001), and with less side effects. The author considers that this treatment may be useful in mild and moderate SLE.
