摘要
对新庄孜煤进行了小筛分及灰分的测定,结果表明,原煤中粒度小于0.045mm的细粒煤为主要成分;考查了单独使用絮凝剂或凝聚剂对新庄孜煤泥水处理的效果;采用正交优化法探讨了复合使用絮凝剂和凝聚剂对煤泥水的处理效果,得到二者较佳的加药量,复合使用絮凝剂和凝聚剂时煤泥水处理的效果更佳。
Coal analysis of Xinzhuangzi showed that coal particle size less than 0.045mm as the main component in the fine coal.The effects of flocculant or polycoagulant alone on coal slurry of Xinzhuangzi were studied by experiments.The treatment effect of the compound of flocculant and polycoagulant on the coal slurry were studied by orthogonal optimization and obtained the better amount of them.The better treatment effect was showed when using the flocculant and coagulant in coal slurry.
